Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us

An agency usually starts with channels: what to publish and where to advertise. We start with the decision: who's buying, under what pressure, and by what criteria. The channel plan comes after, as a consequence. We arrive earlier than an agency would: we define what to say and to whom, and where to say it follows from that.

That's where we focus and where the method performs best: technical sales, high tickets, long cycles, and multiple decision-makers. We take on other B2B sectors case by case, and also B2C projects when the underlying challenge is one of consumer behavior.

It depends on your sales cycle. The first conversation and research take 3 to 6 weeks. Changes to the sales proposal and pitch are usually noticeable in the next round of negotiations. Digital demand generation in industry rarely shows solid results before 3 or 4 months, and anyone who promises you less is selling you smoke.

Per project for the first conversation, research, and strategy; a monthly retainer for content and channel execution. Scope and pricing are defined after the initial session, which has no cost.

Access to your sales team, your current sales materials, and (this is the most important part) permission to talk to your customers, including the ones who didn't buy from you. Without that, any strategy would be an unverified hypothesis.

It's a genus of orchids: uncommon species that only thrive when someone precisely understands the conditions they need. It struck us as a fitting description of the work. In the logo, the two "e"s mirror each other, and at the center sits the labellum, the flower's distinct petal. Look at it for a moment and an owl appears: watching quietly before moving is exactly what we do.
