Trust
Technical
"Is this going to work in my plant, with my people, on a Sunday at three in the morning?"
Looks forEvidence it already worked in conditions like theirs, not in an ideal case.
How we work
Embreea was born out of psychology, not advertising. That changes the first question: instead of "what do we want to say?", we start with "how does the person who signs off evaluate, fear, and justify their decision?" Here's what that looks like translated into work, stage by stage.
Serious qualitative research (in-depth interviews, discourse analysis, buying-committee mapping) cross-checked with quantitative data (campaign performance, paid-channel behavior, CRM) and translated into concrete decisions about messaging, sales proposal, and channel. With evidence, not hunches.
We don't show up with a pre-built template. Every industry has its own language of risk, and our job is to uncover it before we propose anything. The qualitative work explains the why; the data confirms whether that why holds up in practice.
These three roles show up in almost every technical purchase, and sometimes there are more: operations, maintenance, HSE, IT. Each one evaluates by different criteria, and it only takes one feeling at risk to stall the deal. Our work starts here: identifying them and giving each one the argument they need.
Trust
"Is this going to work in my plant, with my people, on a Sunday at three in the morning?"
Looks forEvidence it already worked in conditions like theirs, not in an ideal case.
Justification
"What do I defend this decision with if someone reviews it six months from now?"
Looks forComparable criteria and explicit terms, something that doesn't rest on personal trust.
Impact
"What changes in the business if we approve this, and what happens if we don't?"
Looks forA measurable consequence and a timeframe, not a promise of general improvement.
Joint decision
A deal moves forward when everyone involved in the decision sees enough value and no one faces a risk they consider unacceptable.
The four stages
We'd rather tell you exactly what you'll walk away with before you sign anything. If any of this isn't a fit for you, better to know from the start.
A free 45-minute conversation. We review your sales process, your sales materials, and where deals are going cold.
A written summary with the three leak points we found and a concrete path for where to start. No commitment.
Depending on what the first conversation revealed, we interview buyers, the sales team, or both. 3 to 6 weeks.
A findings report: a buying-committee map, real objections, and, if relevant, what internal conditions are sustaining the team's behavior.
We turn the findings into concrete changes: messaging and arguments, or adjustments to process and sales conditions, depending on what the previous step explained.
An actionable improvement plan: what to change, in what order, and why. No extra theory.
When the project calls for it, we take the changes to market or to the team: content, channels, coaching. We measure from day one and adjust with data.
Content and active campaigns (if applicable), team coaching, and a report with strategic reading of the progress.
On your side
In industrial selling nobody buys without knowing how much of their own team will be involved. We prefer to say it up front.
We do the interviews, the analysis and the report. Your team does not have to spend more time than that.
If access to buyers is more limited, the scope adjusts and we tell you before we start: with one or two we can deliver findings, but not a pattern.
Commitments
These aren't corporate values hanging on a wall. They're concrete working conditions, and if any of them isn't met, you have grounds to call us out.

You leave the session with clarity on where the sale is going cold, whether you decide to continue with us or not.
