Data controller

Embreea is the controller of the personal data collected through this website (embreea.com), in compliance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. For any question, request, or complaint related to your data, you can write to Danielle@embreea.com or WhatsApp +57 300 430 0636.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you decide to share it with us, through:

  • The contact form: name, company and role, email, sector, and the message you write about your sales challenge.
  • The quick diagnostic: your answers to the questionnaire. The diagnostic runs in your browser and isn't linked to your name unless you later write to us to book a session.
  • WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the conversation, when you write to us through that channel.

What we use your data for

  • Responding to your request and booking the free first conversation.
  • Following up commercially if you authorize us to contact you.
  • Better understanding which sales challenges are most common in your sector, in aggregate and without identifying you.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described here.

Where it's stored

The contact form is processed by Netlify, Inc., the platform hosting this site, which acts as data processor. WhatsApp conversations are stored on Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure. Both providers may store information on servers outside Colombia.

Your rights

As the data subject, you can at any time:

  • Know, update, and correct your personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization you gave us, if applicable.
  • Be informed of how we've used your data.
  • Revoke your authorization or request deletion of your data, when there's no legal duty requiring us to keep it.
  • File complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of data protection law.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at Danielle@embreea.com. We will respond within the terms established by Colombian law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable regulations change. The date of the last update will always be visible at the top of this page.

In other words: if in the future we start collecting other types of data or using it differently than described here, you'll see it reflected on this same page, with the updated date above.
